Lost Waterfalls (Las Tres Cascadas)
One of Boquete’s most popular and rewarding nature hikes, this trail leads through lush cloud forest to three beautiful waterfalls. The hike is scenic and immersive, with jungle paths, river crossings, and natural pools where you can stop and swim.
The trail is well-marked, and many visitors choose to hike it on their own. A guide is not required, but can be arranged for those who want help with pacing, safety, wildlife spotting, or transportation.
This is a moderate hike and can be muddy or slippery, especially after rain, so good shoes are recommended.
