Cascada Jagüatta

Cascada Jagüatta is a natural jungle playground, hidden under dense trees, with water slides, pools, and rocks shaped by the river. The area is shaded, humid, and very much “raw nature” — vines, forest, water, and slippery stones.

The highlight here is playing in the water: sliding down natural rock slides, jumping in (optional), and cooling off in the pools. It’s especially popular with kids and teens, but adults enjoy it too.

There is no formal infrastructure and no facilities. Expect forest, water, and mud — wear shoes you can get wet.

There is a small local entry fee (around $3 per person), usually paid in cash on site.

Transportation Note

Like Caniglores de Gualaca, this spot is not close to town and not practical without a car.
